This special garden, about a third of an acre in size, includes many habitats created by varying water levels to suit a broad range of aquatic plants. With about 145 taxa, the collection includes members of the Poaceae (grass), Cyperaceae (sedge), Alismataceae (water-plantain), Nymphaeaceae (water lily) and Cannaceae (Canna lily) families. The exotic Victoria lily is a local favorite.
